Kriyayoga Practitioner Experiences
– Sue Diamond
Kriyayoga Fellowship Coordinator
“Perhaps my greatest blessing was that I faced an early existential upheaval in my final year of high school. At this early juncture in my life, I found the great need for spiritual direction, hoping for a teacher and Guide to enter my life and guide me towards a desired peace and certainty.
Years passed, yet in 1995 I was introduced to Swami Shree Yogi Satyam and the creedless and timeless practice of Kriyayoga. I cannot say enough about the impact that this sublime technique has had on my life, and, yet, words fail to capture the power, simplicity and efficacy of this method.
With the Grace of my Guru, the persistent practice of Kriyayoga has demonstrated an incomparable effect on my life, providing a never-ending fountainhead of peace, surety and potential.”
– Anil Dhawan
“I have been a Kriyayoga Meditation practitioner under the guidance of the Master Scientist and Teacher of Kriyayoga, Swami Shree Yogi Satyam for over twenty years, and the positive effect on my life is indescribable. He has been instilling in his followers the right understanding and meaning of different scriptures that all have a common sentiment. But His work is in action too, teaching children and people of various backgrounds and walks of life, all without charge. He is the shining example of those that came before Him in our history. I see the power of His love for all in action and how Truth and Non-Violence is the expression of how to achieve equality for all. The power of love as expressed in Kriyayoga Meditation is what the world needs right now, and the future promises a brighter, happier place for our children.”
– Anya S.
Sincere daily practice guided by Yogi Satyam through innumerable audio recordings has brought me ever strength, patience, even-mindedness, courage, peace and joy, increasing slowly every day. It helps to guide me in better dealings with family, workplace and community in day to day life. The practice and the connection with like minded people, my spiritual family, has given me support during times of trial (serious health issues, grief and loss both personal and close family members).
No mantras, special equipment or postures are required. Practice can be done alone, with a group, seated on the floor or a chair, standing or lying down. All are welcome. I am grateful for Kriyayoga every day.”
